Ship Your Device
After we process your ticket, package your device securely and send it to the address provided.

Pay & Receive
We'll send an invoice when your device is complete. After payment is made we will ship your device (and data) to you.
Questions Before You Ship?
Your passcode is required for data recovery & for some (but not all) repairs.
We specialize in Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy (S, Note, Fold, Flip, A-series), iPad, and Google Pixel. Some other logic-board devices may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
If we are not successful then we charge only for return shipping.
You ship your device to us securely using any major carrier & include your ticket number with the package. Once complete, we will ship it back to you and provide tracking. For return shipping we normally use UPS Ground unless you request different shipping.
When you submit your request, describe the issue and we can provide an estimate based on your description. Exact pricing may vary once your device is evaluated but we will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding.
